Return Guidelines – Few things to keep in mind when returning an item…
- The collectible must be returned in the same condition it was sent to you. All figures, accessories, bases, original packaging, and outer shipping cartons, will need to be returned if receiving a full refund or exchange.
- Items that arrive with excessive damage due to improper packing may be subject to ‘damage fee’, which is 25% of the product price. Message us if you need any tips on packing / shipping.
- We cannot guarantee your replacement will have the same ‘edition number’, but we will try our best!
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization, (RMA) number. Customer service representatives will provide shipping instructions. Do not repackage the order and return it to the “shipped from” address. Your refund will be processed as soon as your items are received.
Please take care in providing your shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued. If you decide to have the product re-delivered to a different address (US addresses only), an additional shipping/handling fee of $10 will apply for US shipping addresses.
